Dharamveer Salecha, an industry leader with over two decades of experience, has a commendable track record of building industry-leading front-to-back platforms covering sales and trading, and middle and back-office operations systems. Currently, he is the India Head of Securities Settlements, responsible for leading a renovation effort to build a cloud-native solution for global markets across asset classes. Mr. Salecha's leadership abilities have led him to be the President of Lions Club of Mumbai Western and to hold a position on the Board of Directors. He has an M.Sc. Tech in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has studied Leadership Development Program, Organizational Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Mr. Salecha's professional experience includes working as an Executive Director of Technology at Morgan Stanley and as a Project Leader at ADP, where he showcased his skills to build proficient platforms. His expertise in the field has been developed through his experience as a Trainee at Novell and a Summer Intern at IGCAR.
