Ula Nairne is a highly experienced digital transformation, business development, expansion, and investment manager. With a global consultancy experience, she has built a strong network across financial, business, technology, and influencer circles. Her expertise lies in identifying new opportunities for innovation, driving digital growth, and creating effective strategies to ensure businesses stay ahead of digital disruption. Ula is highly skilled in international expansion and investment and has previously directed Global Consulting Services in Liechtenstein. She is currently Managing Partner and Board Member of StarFinder Investment Fund, investing in high growth, innovative businesses in areas of life science, ICT, and engineering.

Ula has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an Executive MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Warsaw School of Economics, and the China University of Mining and Technology. She has also completed various other postgraduate courses, including Digital Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management, United Nations Sustainability Programme at United World College Maastricht, and CMI Diploma in Management at the University of Chichester. Her professional experience includes working in various executive positions at companies such as Firework, Claiser, SatRevolution S.A, and Geopolitical Intelligence Services. Ula is actively involved in many prestigious organizations such as Vaduz Roundtable, AmCham Germany, British- Polish Chamber of Commerce, and Shanghai – Canadian Chamber of Commerce. She is also a regular contributor to key international conferences.
