Yael Israeli is a seasoned executive with over a decade of experience in investment banking, consulting, and entrepreneurship. She kicked off her career in the finance world with Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital in New York, where she honed her financial expertise. Later on, she moved to Panama and established a boutique consultancy, focusing on empowering startups. Currently, Yael is the Chief Financial Officer of Mozper, an innovative startup in the Latin American fintech sector, targeting unbanked youth. She is also the treasurer of Mujeres Brillando, a foundation inspiring and assisting female entrepreneurs in developing their businesses. Yael is known to be a dynamic leader with a compassionate, results-driven mindset.

Yael received her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business with a 3.8 GPA. She was also nominated for Lehman – NYU Stern Executive MBA Alliance Program. Throughout her career, she has worked across several industries, enriching her experience and ability to adapt to diverse environments.
