Michael Dalton is an experienced business professional with a focus on helping enterprises implement and migrate to Oracle Cloud SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS. With over 30 years in the industry, he has held various positions in companies such as CSC, Hewlett-Packard, and CACI International. Michael is the CTO and Senior Partner/Director/PMP of FUSIONWORXCORP Limited, where he leads executive consulting and staffing in Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM, and is also an Oracle Cloud Enterprise Architect for 5 State Governments.

Michael's education includes an MBA in Business Administration and Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, a BSCS in Computer Science, Finance, and Math from Ball State University, and an AS in Computer Science from USMC Computer Sciences School.

As the Owner/CTO of FusionWorxCorp Limited, Michael works to help businesses automate their Oracle Cloud SaaS IaaS/PaaS, and previously served as a Cloud Architect and Administrator at ATCO. He was also the Founder, Senior Partner/Director, and Managing Consultant-Technical Director of Fusionworx and Senior Director/Project Manager at HP, respectively. Moreover, Michael was the Software Development Manager at CACI International Inc and Founder, Senior Director of Fusionworx LLC, where he was Technical Manager, NAC, North Central at Oracle, Senior Manager at Oracle Independent Consultants LLC, and Senior Consultant at Eli Lilly.
