Cheryn Flanagan is a design leader who has a passion for creating meaningful customer and employee experiences in the Health and Life Sciences industry. With a Bachelor's Degree in Science of Design from the University of Cincinnati, she has worked with leading-edge companies to push boundaries in design and innovation challenges.

Currently, Cheryn serves as the Senior Director of Experience Design at Salesforce, responsible for designing products and services that positively impact the human experience. She is a service design and design thinking expert, advocating for considerate and personalized designs. Previously, Cheryn has held various design leadership roles in companies like Sequence, MetaDesign, Liquid Agency, and IDEO.

Outside of work, Cheryn enjoys traveling, exploring different topics of interest, and being a pottery enthusiast. She is also a frequent speaker at various design events and has led winning teams in innovation challenges sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services and the AARP.
