Stuart Westcott is an experienced finance leader with a passion for leveraging technology to support business strategy and decision-making. His most notable achievements come from his time at Kobalt Music, a multinational music technology scale-up, where he built the FP&A function from scratch to a team of nine, playing a central role in growing revenue from $25M to $700M and headcount from 40 to over 700. He was accountable for delivering nine annual budgets, numerous reforecasts, and hundreds of investment appraisals. Additionally, he was a key contributor to raising $180M of equity through multiple rounds at increasing valuations and setting the strategic direction of the group. His broad expertise in finance (and operations) includes accounting & tax. Stuart is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) recognised for his extensive senior, strategic, and technical leadership experience.
