Michael Yeomans is a communications and project management professional with a diverse background in business journalism, speech writing, account executive, and foundation management. He has a strong track record of creating effective, action-oriented communication plans and developing creative solutions to cater to a range of audiences. Michael has a passion for serving children and the communities of Ross Township and West View Borough as a member of the North Hills School District Board of Directors. Michael studied BA in History from Allegheny College after graduating from Northgate High.

Before joining the University of Pittsburgh Innovation Institute as the Marketing and Special Events Manager, Michael was the Director of Marketing Communications at Carnegie Mellon University. He also worked at H.J. Heinz Company for several years in various roles, including Program/Communications Manager, Heinz Company Foundation, Manager Corporate Affairs, and Business Reporter at Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
