Elina Khachukaeva is a seasoned headhunter and recruitment consultant with years of experience in international business management. She has an extensive educational background, having completed a Master of Science degree in International Business Management from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Management in International and Local Businesses from the Moscow International Higher Business School. Elina also holds a Degree in Advanced Business English from MLS International College.

Currently, Elina is the Director of ELIAD Search Group, where she leads an international team that assists foreign businesses in entering the Russian market. Her consultancy offers full-cycle assistance, starting from recruiting the local team and ending with the localization of the product. With her expertise in headhunting and business development, Elina has helped numerous businesses achieve success in the Russian market.

Before she joined ELIAD Search Group, Elina held various positions in different organizations. She was an Account Executive for ICT & Renewables at MRINetwork, Business Development Director at ATR Group, Real Estate & Construction Recruiter at Cobalt Recruitment, and a Recruitment Consultant at Staffwell.
