Helge Høibraaten, a pioneer in online TV services, is the CEO of Vimond Media Solutions, a global streaming technology company that delivers technology, services and consultative planning for some of the most innovative online video services in the world. Previously, at TV 2 Norway, he built Scandinavia's most attractive and profitable over-the-top (OTT) service under the TV 2 Sumo brand. During his 10 year tenure in Norway's largest commercial broadcaster, Helge led in-house technical developments that resulted in an award-winning IP broadcast platform. He has also served as CEO of Mosaikk Media and TV Producer in Nordisk Film. Helge studied History and Film at University of Bergen and has a background in directing, editing, and producing in freelance film-making.
