Albert Pomales

Albert Pomales is a seasoned professional with ten years of experience in the health insurance industry. As the Co-Founder and CEO of KindHealth, Albert is dedicated to simplifying complex healthcare and insurance solutions for individual consumers.

Beyond his role at KindHealth, Albert is actively involved in the Austin community. He is a founding member of Students Working to Achieve Greatness, a program that aids low-income high school students in business development. Additionally, he serves on the board of YMCA Austin, focusing on the development of Camp Moody, an 85-acre overnight and day-camp project.

Albert's leadership extends to the professional realm, where he has held the position of President at the Austin Association of Health Underwriters. This role involved overseeing the strategic direction of the insurance industry's trade group and providing coaching on personal, professional, and business development for health insurance agents.

An education enthusiast, Albert has pursued studies in General Studies at Ranger Junior College, Business Administration and Management at The University of Texas at Arlington, and Associates of Science in General Studies at Eastfield College.

In terms of work experience, Albert's career includes roles such as Former CEO, President, and Vice President at KindHealth, as well as positions at ETMG Insurance, Rezilient Direct, Aflac, and World Financial Group (WFG). His skill set encompasses benefits specialist leadership, enrollment coordination, and independent sales.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Albert resides in Georgetown with his wife, Kristin, and their three sons. He finds joy in cooking, spending quality time with family and friends, and cheering for Dallas sports teams.
