Shay Kushnir is a highly experienced leader who has dedicated his career to creating value across multiple aspects including product development, process development, team building, R&D management, and Operations. He holds a Master of Science in Plastics and Polymer Engineering from the Shenkar College of Engineering, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Haifa, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ort Braude College. With broad scientific knowledge and management skills, Shay has become an expert in material engineering and polymer technology. He currently serves as the Director of Material Engineering Department at Volta Belting Technology, and previously worked as a Material and Polymer Technologist and Mechanical Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd. Shay’s creative approach to challenges, excellent interpersonal skills, and assertiveness make him an exceptional leader in his field.
