I manage the strategy, concept development and execution of high-quality digital marketing content globally (EMEA, US/CANADA and APAC). In this role, I partner closely with territory marketing leadership, our creative agencies and the Bungie US HQ team. I align with all stakeholders on marketing content priorities and manage the successful creation and deployment of those assets to Bungie owned and paid channels as part of the franchise marketing campaigns. Additionally, I am working in close collaboration with the Bungie HQ team to ensure that any international initiatives align with the global go-to-market plan and deliver on global franchise priorities.

-  I can coordinate complex multi-platform campaigns for brands and creative
agencies for a smooth, timely and successful creative campaign execution across
platforms.
-  As a consultant, I work with brands on clear policies, processes and create a unified
internal way of working. And optimise the creative content production process. This
can involve templating and tooling, central asset management and/or help onboard
internal resources.
-  I can work on a specific creative production briefing and help the brand advertiser to
take ownership from pitch until production. I will help provide clarity and efficiency
by a clear way of working. This involves communicating realistic timelines and
stakeholder responsibilities. A smart production strategy and facilitating direct
production without an agency. Negotiate a value for money deal with suppliers and
talent and provide production knowledge.
-  I can improve efficiency and quality in supplier production by working towards
shared goals and a shortlist of numerous production partners with different
expertise. This improves the way of working by the marketing department when
working with suppliers. It helps brands with fit for purpose suppliers and solves the
lack of knowledge about the supplier landscape.
-  I also provide cost control and negotiation with actors, celebrities and influencers
and get a fair price for the project and buy out.

I orchestrated multi-platform content campaigns in accordance with client requirements with oversight for development, coordination, and production. I brought together a variety of creative assets to deliver an overarching vision and a practical strategic plan to ensure timely campaign execution. Some of my contributions included:

Assembled teams comprising of internal resources and external suppliers.
Conducted intensive research in collaboration with the client to define campaign goals based on brand needs and target audience dynamics.
Communicated client needs to all internal and external resources and acted as a key point of contact during all phases of the production lifecycle.

I worked tirelessly to design and deliver highly creative advertisements, interactive campaigns, broadcasts, branded content and events to continually meet and exceed client expectations. I conceptualised “brand concepts” based on in-depth market research. Some of my achievements included:

Spearheaded experiential marketing campaigns to engage core audience demographics and enhance brand identity.
Provide creative and operational input into key areas encompassing audiovisual, online advertising, outdoor advertising, web design, social media management, print campaigns, and events.

Held editorial, creative, and financial oversight for all productions.
Orchestrated the transcreation/adaption for high volumes of assets for Benelux in line with the global concept ensuring that campaign and imagery guidelines were consistent across visual standards in the requested languages.
