Sonia Manchanda is a renowned designer, strategist, and innovator. She is the co-founder of SPREAD Design + Learning, a multidisciplinary design firm that bridges the gap between design, technology, and media. Sonia has also spearheaded The Dream:in Project, an open innovation and design research initiative that aims to empower people worldwide to dream big and create inclusive design strategies in emerging economies. She has been recognized as a Gamechanger by Metropolis Magazine, USA. Sonia's work has been featured in Creative Intelligence, Design Transitions, and Change Ahead. She holds a Master's degree in Graphic Design from the National Institute of Design, India.

Sonia has extensive experience designing for big businesses, brands, and experiences in retail, hospitality, and healthcare. She played a crucial role in setting up India's most prominent design firm, and she served as the Design Director for the Design and Look of the 19th Commonwealth Games, Delhi 2010. She has also been involved with Future Group, Manipal, Cochin International Airport, and several other brands, cultures, and experiences associated with Future Group.
