William Ferguson

William Ferguson is a seasoned product designer and organizational design expert who is passionate about designing systems that enable people to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. William has a diverse educational and professional background, which includes a certificate in Climate Change: Learning for Action from Terra.do, leadership training at Seth Godin's altMBA, and a self-designed major in Information Sciences & Technology and Psychology from Penn State University.

Throughout his career, William has held numerous design positions, including his current role as Product Designer at Sprout Social Inc. Apart from that, he has worked as a UX Designer for Desklight, a Product Designer for Tock, and an Organizational Design Manager for RXBAR. Additionally, William has a rich internship background, having worked as a Product Design Intern for PayPal, Threadless, and Learning Design Intern for Leo Burnett. He also served as a TEC Fellow at True Ventures and President of InnoBlue.
