Provide leadership and guidance across brand as it relates to Retail/ Experiential Environment design. Influencer of corporate strategy as it relates to all Owned, Franchise, and Managed spaces at retail. Provide a leverage point with regard to all corporate experiential spaces; Retail, Trade Show, Special Projects with Brand/Corporate interest for external as well as internal clientele. Global strategist for Reebok brand in regard to retail experiential spaces. Direct design, architectural elements, planning, testing, costing, ROI, execution, and documentation, to the point of management and ultimate plug-in to current global fixture supply chain.Provide direction on brand specific experiential spaces globally beyond retail to include;Activation spaces; CrossFit Boxes, Gym Training Spaces. Tradeshow spaces to educate / delight internal as well as external client and consumer base. Showroom spaces; Internal space requirements to attain both sales and brand showcase excellence. Concept and fixture design development. Provide hands on approach in design and elementation of internal as well as externally derived concepts and fixtures.  Budget control, management of a high performance team an internal of professionals for output excellence, along with external resources and agencies in the same measure. Proven leader that can advise, provide guidance, and best practices, to executive team in the realm of all things related to the brands’ Global Environmental Design and all other aspects within the position’s purview
