Koen Emmer is a highly qualified engineer and expert in electrical engineering, entrepreneurship and strategy. He has a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering both from Technische Universiteit Delft. Koen's skills include leadership, business analysis, and quantum computing research analysis. He has held senior positions in various organizations such as Business Analist at DSW Zorgverzekeraar, Junior Consultant at Greenfish, and Quantum Computing Research Analyst at Accenture. Koen has also been a managing partner at Kojac CV and served as the Commissioner of Entrepreneurship Education at YES!Delft Students.

In addition to his professional background, Koen is an alumnus of St. Ignatiusgymnasium and K.S.V. Sanctus Virgilius. Here, he served as the Secretary and Vice-President of Partijen en Keuken Praesidium at K.S.V. Sanctus Virgilius and was also a member of the Board of Advisors at Techniek Bedrijven.
