Currently support the President of Global Supply Chain.
Provide daily high-level administrative and personal support.
Coordinate preparation and timely dissemination of slide presentations and materials for high-level meetings.
Coordinate and set up high-level conference calls (domestic/international).
Create, organize and update all organizational charts in Visio for department.
Provide support to employees from our Thailand office when they are in the US office.
Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries and stay on alert with frequent last minute changes.
Assist in tracking the monthly credit cards statement/expenses for executive and reconciling expenses for payment.
Maintain updated daily calendar of meetings in Outlook for executive which I support.
Various other administrative duties on an as-needed basis.

Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.
Job duties included:
Perform a variety of administrative and personal task as needed and/or requested by executives.
Coordinate preparation and timely dissemination of slide presentations and materials for high-level meetings.
Organize off-site meetings for executives including site selection, catering, preparation of PowerPoint presentations and appropriate materials, and travel/accommodations for attendees. 
Coordinate and set up high-level conference calls, management meetings, budget meetings, and executive interviews.
Serve as liaison to all departments in Quiksilver with executives I support.
Create, organize and update organizational charts for department.
Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries.
Track the monthly credit cards statement/expenses for executives.
Deal with sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis.

Provide high-level administrative support to Vice President of Environmental, Health & Safety.  Organize successful Annual Environmental, Health & Safety Conference at an off-site location.  Maintain on-line calendar; arrange domestic and international travel; schedule meetings.  
Organize and complete domestic and international expense reports.  
Provide support to staff of 18.
