Garret Buchanan is a driven and experienced professional in the real estate investment and development industry. A former U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer with five years of experience leading and mentoring soldiers, Garret has since turned his focus towards financial modeling and forecasting, excelling in pro-forma modeling, underwriting and research analysis. After completing his Bachelor’s in Finance and later graduating with an MBA from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business, Garret went on to become the Forecast Supervisor for five real estate projects worth over 2,500 residential units and $1.5 billion in revenue at Shea Homes. He is skilled in the use of multiple accounting and data interfaces, as well as enterprise accounting software and advanced Excel techniques, which he leveraged while working on Department of Defense projects totaling $185 Million. Garret has a global perspective and multi-cultural competence, having spent five years traveling the world.
