Marion-Isabelle Muszynski is a seasoned problem solver with over a decade of experience in service design, design research, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), and user interface (UI). She studied a Bachelor in Advertising & Marketing and a Master's in Advertising & Marketing at INSEEC U. Additionally, she took courses in Corporate Communication and Information Architecture at the same institution and Université de Montréal, respectively.

She has worked for high-profile companies such as Electronic Arts (EA) and National Bank of Canada where she served as Experience Director and Director of Experience Design (CX), respectively. Previously, she held senior experience designer and researcher positions at National Bank of Canada, Nurun, and Valtech. Before that, she worked as a UX designer at Publicis and Dailymotion, among other companies.

Marion-Isabelle's expertise in UX and CX design is complemented by her research skills and ability to identify and solve complex business problems. She has a flair for creating intuitive and engaging interfaces and for bringing a user-centered approach to all of her projects. Outside of work, Marion-Isabelle has a passion for GIFs and previously served as a freelance writer at RockMag.
