Rob Jeffery, a prominent tax expert and business advisor, is a Tax Partner with Deloitte Canada. With vast experience in the tax and finance realm, Rob delivers practical solutions for Canadian companies and their stakeholders. Before joining Deloitte, Rob served in leadership positions for private and public firms, including Sobeys and Armco Capital. His role at Sobeys as a Senior Director of Taxation involved closely working with business units to implement essential transactions and improving tax functions' proficiency.

Rob's tireless efforts in developing professional accounting education and lecturing in taxation courses have been noteworthy. He has tutored the In-Depth Tax Course for CPA Canada, lectured for CPA Nova Scotia, and worked part-time as a taxation faculty at Dalhousie University. Rob is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (Colorado), and an ICD.D designation holder from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a board member of CBC/Radio-Canada, chairs the Fred C. Manning School of Business Advisory Board at Acadia University, and served as a board member for Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Greater Halifax and Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia.

Rob is an alumnus of Ivey Business School at Western University, where he studied a Masters of Business Administration, and Acadia University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours degree. He resides with his spouse and three daughters in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
