Onto was created to make the switch to driving an EV accessible, affordable and easy through an all-inclusive monthly subscription. Took Onto from a concept, starting with 5 cars and no outside investment in 2017 through to having over 7,000 EVs on the fleet & £34m annual revenue by the start of 2023. We were the largest car subscription service in the UK and the largest electric car subscription service globally.  Onto has introduced over 20,000 people to electric cars via subscription.

RentE’s platform for shared vehicles helped Uber drivers maximise their earnings through an affordable weekly all-inclusive subscription model. Providing Uber ready electric cars from just £250/week including free public charging and insurance. Merged into Onto in 2020.
