Diego Gallegos is a highly accomplished lawyer with extensive experience in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law. His professional experience includes working as a Senior Counsel at Arias Law, Secondee at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, Lawyer at IFC - International Finance Corporation, International Lawyer at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, and Abogado Asociado/Associate Attorney at Arias & Muñoz.

Diego Gallegos has also held internships at Clifford Chance LLP and Embajada de Costa Rica en la Republica Popular China. Additionally, he has worked as a Paralegal at Grupo Financiero Acobo and previously studied law at Universidad de Costa Rica. In his current role as Senior Counsel, he provides expert legal advice on a range of legal issues relating to finance, corporate law, and securities law.
