John Guardiola is an experienced professional in the real estate industry with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to fully operational completion. With over two decades of experience managing more than 25 million square feet of office, retail, mixed-use and multi-family assets, John has developed expertise and industry knowledge in property engineering, operational efficiency, property due diligence and transitions, property energy management and performance, and green building standards.

John is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the US Green Building Council where he received his LEED Accredited Professional certification. John's previous positions include Director of Operations/ Engineering, CSO at Portfolio Property Management Global, LLC, Engineering Manager at Hines, and Operations Supervisor at Southfield Town Center.

Currently, John serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Sustainability at Bedrock Detroit, where he is responsible for creating and refining corporate guidelines and expectations, setting up engineering practices and standards, and overseeing operational efficiencies for over 100 properties within the Detroit area.
