Atul Devani is a highly experienced CEO, Chairman, and Managing Director with a solid background in the wireless and telecommunications industry. He studied at Bangor University and the University College of North Wales, where he earned his Bachelors's degree in Science and Engineering. Throughout his career, Atul has held various positions in well-known firms such as United Clearing Plc, Billing Services Group, Cibernet Plc, and BT. He was also the Chairman at Equityplus Partners and has recently become the Chairman of Maven VCT 3 Plc at Maven Capital Partners UK LLP.

Atul's work experience covers a broad range of fields such as Wireless Technology, Sales, Product Marketing, and Telecommunications. He served as CEO of BSG Wireless and as the CEO and Founder of United Clearing Plc, where he was responsible for their overall strategic direction and growth. Atul has also worked as a VP-Global at Cibernet Plc, and as a Sales Director and Global Account Director at BT. Furthermore, he has also been a Technical Officer and Apprentice at BT at the beginning of his career.
