Todd Ames

Todd Ames is a seasoned innovation expert with a deep passion for design thinking, diversity and inclusion in solving complex problems, and building new solutions to exceed user needs. With a background in development through user experience design, Todd has led successful high-performing teams focused on delivering omni-channel solutions, solving brand marketing and social media challenges, and rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer eCommerce businesses.

Todd began his career as an Internet Developer at Tarantula and later served as Merchant Coordinator at Wetheshoppers.com before joining SuperNova Productions as an Executive Producer and then as Senior Producer-UX Lead. He goes on to work for Nike as NIKEiD Digital Lead, Digital Marketing Director NIKEiD, and Experience Director, NIKEiD. Additionally, Todd also served as a Charter Manager, Chief Mate at IYC and as Outside Sales Representative at Active Outdoor Associates.

More recently, Todd joined the adidas team where he held various leadership positions such as Senior Manager, Digital Innovation, Director Digital Innovation, and his current role as Senior Director Digital Innovation. He attributes his success to his belief that what we experiment with and incubate today will set the strategy for how we meet our consumer's needs in the future.
