Berker Diker is an experienced Innovation Lead with skills in team and project management, particularly in med-tech and consumer electronics sectors. Having studied Industrial Design at Istanbul Technical University and Politecnico di Torino, he brings his profound knowledge in business administration and management from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Berker has led cross-functional teams and proved himself effective in the front-end innovation phases. His approach to innovation involves in-depth research for identifying problem areas, spotting potential innovation opportunities, and providing technically and commercially viable solutions. At GN Group, he leads the Front-End Innovation and collaborates with research, marketing, and tech specialists, facilitating decision-making processes with the team and stakeholders. Additionally, Berker served as a Design and Experience Manager at Coloplast, was a former member of CONNECT Denmark, and held previous roles such as Project Manager and Industrial Designer at Attention Design.
