Michael Leshinsky, MBA, is an experienced business development professional with a proven track record of success from start-ups to mature businesses. He has consulted and advised nearly a hundred clients and is a managing director at Leshinsky Consulting. He specializes in capital structure, financial and operational auditing, development and expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and wealth management.

With his keen sense of evaluation of different asset classes, he determines arbitrage buying opportunities and calculates net present values using linear regression models. As the CFO, he reviews the company's forward-looking statements, compares them to actual statements, and makes adjustments when necessary. His experience in managing investment portfolios in securities, options, real estate, and alternative investments secured him managing director positions at MPHL, MPHL II, and MPHL III.
