Philippe Cers is a highly accomplished engineer and sustainable development expert with an impressive track record in the energy industry. He holds a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Institut Universitaire de Technologies Cachan, as well as a degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Institut national des Télécommunications.
Throughout his career, Philippe has held a variety of leadership positions at top-notch organizations, including EDF and H4. He has served as Responsable du Programme Rénovation at EDF Délégation Régionale Hauts de France, where he oversaw the renovation program, and as Responsable Services Production Décentralisée et Réseaux de Chaleur at EDF – Pôle Services Energétiques Groupe, where he was in charge of production services and decentralized networks of heat.
