Jacksonville City Council member for District 3, Aaron Bowman, is a highly-decorated retired Navy Captain who has dedicated his life to public service. Graduating from the United States Naval Academy, he pursued a career in aviation and became Commanding Officer at Naval Station Mayport. Additionally, Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Masters in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle University. He currently serves as the JAXUSA Partnership’s Senior Vice President of Business Development, seeking to grow Jacksonville’s economy and recruit jobs in the aviation, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Aaron, his wife Deborah, and son Blaise have been living in the Jacksonville area for over 20 years and currently reside in District 3.
