Scott Patchin

Scott Patchin is a Professional EOS Implementer™ and founder of The trU Group. He has extensive experience partnering with small and medium-sized organizations to maximize growth, utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® as his core approach. Patchin is passionate about people-centered leadership, building trust, and having impactful conversations.

With a BSBA from Michigan Technological University, a MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago, and studied executives at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar School of Business, Patchin has a strong educational foundation to share his expertise with small business owners. He has served in executive-level positions, including Director, Talent Management at Spectrum Health, Vice President, Planning and People Development at Northpointe Bank, and as Business Analyst at Prince Corporation.

Patchin is also an accomplished author, having written two books: So You’re Gonna Be A Dad – Now What? and People-Centered Performance, with another due to be released in 2019. He is available for executive coaching and delivering keynote workshops in addition to implementing EOS.
