John Donboli

John H. Donboli is an experienced lawyer who has successfully handled an extensive range of business and class action litigation, including real estate, breach of contract, environmental, personal injury, and corporate litigation. As the President and Owner of Donboli Law Group, APC, he provides general business counseling to a wide breadth of clients. With his experience in contract disputes, employment litigation, and general business consulting, he has litigated numerous cases with positive outcomes. Mr. Donboli has extensive expertise in professional liability, wrongful termination, product liability, and wrongful death claims.

Mr. Donboli graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Psychology in 1996. Later, he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1999 from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he was an editor on the Public Contract Law Journal at George Washington and interned at the Department of Justice, Commercial Litigation Branch during law school. He is licensed by the State Bar of California, which enables him to practice in state and federal courts in California.
