Kimberly was President and Co-founder of Integrated Global Performance Solutions (IGPS) and its subsidiaries, a group of domestic and international management consulting services companies. IGPS provided integrated people, process and technology solutions and large scale complex project management in the areas of:  strategic business, information technology and change management development, planning, execution and monitoring; information systems technology implementation; business process improvement; corporate governance, risk management and compliance, including internal audit co-sourcing; and through its Practice Excellence, LLC subsidiary, a learning and development organization with performance improvement programs delivered in a variety of modes: live classrooms, virtual interactive classrooms and self-paced study.

Kimberly was responsible for planning and managing the execution of all operational aspects of the business including strategic relationship development, vendor sourcing and outsourcing, human resources, treasury, finance, legal, tax and treasury, as well as the implementation of a fully integrated EPR system. Many of the IT-related client services were provide through the development and management of 30+ outsourcing relationships.

On the service delivery side, Kimberly served as the outsourced Director of Internal Audit (IA) and Chief Compliance Officer for the U.S. subsidiary of a Fortune 100 global company with 12 manufacturing sites and five sales offices.  She successfully led their SOX compliance and other internal audits.  At the same time, Kimberly designed and managed the process to bring the IA department in-house (e.g., role development, recruiting, training personnel, systems analysis and implementation) and reducing the company’s annual costs by $3 million while maintaining the scope and effectiveness of the department.

Integrated Global Performance Solutions (IGPS)

Co-Founder and President

Project Management Officer and co-lead for a client’s $60 million business transformation project, encompassing an SAP implementation, applications on demand, application managed services and procurement outsourcing, which included a cross-cultural and cross-functional team of more than 100 professionals from more than a dozen organizations.

Lead engagement director on SOX advisory engagements and internal audit co-sourcing engagements with companies in a wide range of industries including technology, manufacturing, and industrial products.  Responsible for the design and implementation of new controls, and development and execution of plans for management’s assessment process, testing and coordination with external audits, including:
- Developing and managing all aspects of SOX and internal audit engagements, including, planning, budgeting, staffing, technical education and training and implementation of multiple engagements on an annual basis, and oversight of 25 professionals.
- Reviewing, evaluating and providing value-added reports on systems of internal financial and operational controls, recommendations regarding improvements in operating efficiency and guidance in the implementation of policies and procedures.

Director Internal Audit and Regulatory and Compliance

Lead team of 10 VP's and Directors and developed comprehensive design and implementation plan for all aspects of the internal Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance project for the $4 Billion Employer Services (ES) Business Unit, which encompassed 85 process projects covering seven divisions and over 200 domestic regions.

Responsibilities included the management of seven direct report Controllers, as well as multi-functional special projects teams, including legal, operations, finance and accounting.

Successfully lead and completed eleven projects encompassing $1 billion in annual revenue transactions, including management of six team leads and 75 contributors and reporting to Corporate Steering Committee.

Reviewed, evaluated and advised commercial and government project teams on proper revenue recognition treatment and the development of accounting and business controls for new business transactions.  Developed and presented revenue recognition training courses to cross-functional commercial and government project teams.  Managed the implementation of new accounting pronouncements, policies, procedures and controls applicable to the AT&T Retail business unit.

AT&T

Financial Director

Early promoted twice. Broad client base of publicly and privately held, domestic and foreign-based companies ranging from development stage to $3.8 billion in revenues in the consumer products, retail, gaming and technology industries.

Managed all aspects of annual audit engagements, including planning, budgeting, staffing and implementation of 10 audit engagements on an annual basis. Responsible for providing guidance to clients on the interpretation and application of accounting standards and SEC rules and regulations. Provided financial reporting and accounting advice to client’s in the preparation of pro forma financial statements, the development and review of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures for SEC filings including: Forms 10-K, 10-Q, S-1 and S-8.  Served as one of two Derivatives & Hedging Financial Instrument Specialists for the New Jersey Business Unit of approximately 700 professionals.

Advised management on purchase accounting matters including purchase price allocations and restructurings associated with numerous business combinations with purchase prices ranging from $100 million to $600 million.
