Natalie Luu is a successful venture capitalist and businesswoman with a broad range of experiences in the tech industry. She received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Materials Science Engineering and Management Science & Engineering, respectively, from Stanford University. She was a recipient of the Richard Levin Scholarship Award while studying at Lowell High School. During her tenure, she studied abroad under the Stanford Bing Overseas Studies Program at Peking University in China.

Her professional journey started as an Associate Product Manager at Microsoft, where she learned valuable skills and lessons on product management. Later on, she worked in a variety of corporate finance roles, including as an Investment Banker in Tech M&A at Qatalyst Partners and a Private & Growth Equity Analyst at Accel-KKR. She finally landed in venture capital, where she held positions like an admissions officer at Y Combinator, Associate at Y Combinator, and Investor in various startups including ezCater, Seismic, Epic Games, and Stealth Startup. Eventually, she became Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, where she has been an active member since 2019.

Throughout her career, Natalie has been an ambassador for Y Combinator, a board observer for NS8 Inc and Shipper, and an investor at BetterUp. She has honed a range of skills such as fundraising, strategic planning, corporate development, due diligence, board management, and investing.
