Kaitlin Maud is a highly experienced freelance strategist with over 10 years of experience in consumer insights, trend forecasting, workshop planning, and facilitation for both agencies and brands. She completed her undergraduate studies in design thinking from Massachusetts College of art and design, and her senior thesis was on curation as a form of self-expression. Kaitlin has a vast experience in the digital space, and as a consultant, she works with executives and leadership teams on internal development initiatives. She is a passionate advocate for experience design, cultural anthropology, and trend forecasting. Having previously held the role of Strategy Director at T3- an Innovation Agency, Kaitlin has worked with numerous reputable brands such as Bai, Beats by Dre, and FLOR on research and strategy initiatives. Kaitlin Maud is genuinely interested in increasing opportunities for underrepresented groups in the advertising industry, and she has equally spoken on this same topic at various universities and conferences. She writes a newsletter on the creative process and encourages subscriptions through her website.
