Frank’s educational background comprises a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management, a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Electromechanical Engineering with a Specialization in Electronics, Telecommunications, Image Recognition, Recursive Programming, and A.I. from KU Leuven, and additional coursework in Image Recognition, Recursive Programming, and A.I. from Imperial College London.
