Joyce Ohgi is an experienced user researcher who is passionate about helping people and empowering users through technology. With a BS in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, Joyce has honed her skills in various research methods such as usability testing, ethnography, survey creation, focus groups, feedback sessions, rapid iterative testing, and customer feedback sessions. Having worked as a Principal Usability Engineer for Oracle and now as a Senior UX Researcher at Naviscent, Joyce views user experience as both an art and science, blending qualitative and quantitative research methods to gain a deeper understanding of users' needs, frustrations, and preferences.
