Christy Serrano

Christy Serrano is a highly educated and experienced professional with a background in policy analysis, resource management, and program development. She holds an MPP in social and economic policy from the University of Chicago's Harris School of Public Policy and completed several semesters of study abroad at top universities in Chile. She has worked at various nonprofit organizations like First3Years and ESCAPE Family Resource Center, where she served as the Director of Programs. Prior to this, she was a Policy Analyst at the Ounce of Prevention Fund and a Program Officer at the Robert R. McCormick Foundation.
