Gina Atwood is a seasoned Executive Search Consultant with over 20 years of experience in recruiting senior executive and mid-level management positions across a diverse range of industries such as life sciences, manufacturing, consumer products, technology, energy, education, and financial and professional services. In her role, she handles all aspects of the retained recruiting search process, from identifying and reaching out to potential candidates to evaluating their fit with client requirements and position criteria. Gina has worked with prominent search firm clients like Stanton Chase International, Austin HR, Frost Connections, and Strawn Arnold & Associates. Her career in the industry began with a boutique firm focusing on senior-level talent acquisition for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and diagnostic companies, followed by a tenure at Korn/Ferry International's Austin office. Additionally, she played a key role in launching two Austin-based search firms before transitioning to an independent contractor in 2003.
