Kate Durbin is a creativity coach with an extensive background in Human Resources, Talent Management, Executive Development, and Leadership Development. With over ten years of experience in various ambiguous roles, Kate is passionate about helping individuals align their life's work with their creative potential and provides the necessary tools to craft a meaningful, purposeful life. In addition to her corporate HR experience, Kate also has a background in music and composition. She holds a Master's Degree in Linguistics from Northeastern Illinois University, a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Biblical Languages from Luther College, and an Executive Coaching Certificate in Professional Coaching from the University of St. Thomas. Kate is a certified Enneagram practitioner, Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) facilitator, and Hogan Assessments consultant.
