Working as part of the Brand Communications team to help shape and execute the digital strategy for the Business Unit Originals, Utilizing my experience and passion for strategy to develop creative solutions to problems, bringing together cross-functional teams to execute a vision.

In addition, working with our ecom team on the development of site tools, standardization frameworks and consumer insights. The acting “voice of digital” within the business unit, striving for the digitalization of all relevant processes and work streams to create sustainable growth.

In our Brand Communications team we’re dubbed the “Brand Guardians” meaning we always have to stay in tune but also one step ahead of our consumer, identifying ways to resonate but inspire. Helping them achieve their personal and commercial intents. To do so, me and my team work to utilize the best-of-the-best in-house resources while constantly monitoring the best creative partners to bring new insights, functionality, and experiences.

Responsible for briefing, coordinating and creating digital content for Fred Perry online. Including on-brand product descriptions, copy for web features and briefing external agencies for imagery. Working closely with the social media team to align strategies, product launches and e-mailer visuals. Planning projects through the use of a cross-departmental activity calendar. Liaising with departments across the business including product designers and developers, retail teams, VM, Marketing, Sales, Social and Merchandising to ensure everything produced and launched sits inline with one clear message.

Based at the European headquarters I was responsible for creating content, building strategy and producing guidelines for use across EMEA. Alongside supporting local markets I also launched collections with selected media partners as well as creating brand heat through seeding programs and brand ambassadors.

Based at the European headquarters I was responsible for the EMEA ASICS Website, driving agencies to supply strong assets and infrastructure, ensuring good data quality, I communicated project feedback and future plans with stakeholders and took a pro-active approach to educating and promoting online marketing behaviour and insights amongst the marketing team. I immersed myself in the culture of our consumer to understand and represent their needs while gaining a deeper knowledge of the brand and an understanding of how consumers responds to online media created by us. I worked with media partners like Eurosport to set up online competitions and worked to implement sporting event social services on site.

European Digital Production Coordinator

Responsible for documenting stock arrivals, photographing stock, colour correcting imagery, archiving and uploading images to an IBM CMS and writing product descriptions for stock. Visually merchandising the web shop to ensure products were highlighted correctly.
