Marie Moynihan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and diversity initiatives. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies, Political Science and Government, Political Science, Government from the School of Food and Nutritional Sciences, she continued her studies at the College of Europe, where she obtained a degree in European Studies.
Moynihan began her career as an Industrial Relations Executive at Ibec before joining Intel Corporation as a Human Resources Manager. From there, she moved to Ocarina Networks, where she served as the Head of Human Resources Dell Emea and Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition. Following Ocarina Networks' acquisition by Dell, she was promoted to Vice President of Global Talent and Chief Diversity Officer. Moynihan is currently Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Dell.
Throughout her career, Moynihan has been dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. She has received recognition for her achievements, including being named one of the Top 10 Diversity Champions in Ireland by the Irish Diversity Journal in 2013.
