Bo Williams is a seasoned engineering leader with an impressive history of bootstrapping new product areas and teams, managing through tricky organization change, and nurturing excellent people. With a BA in Communication Studies - Media Production from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Williams has held various high-level positions throughout his career. He was formerly the Vice President Of Engineering at Gamalon, Director Of Engineering at Spotify, and Senior Engineering Manager at Spotify. Additionally, Williams served as the Director of Engineering at Progressive Solutions and Engineering Manager - Support and Services at Brainshark. He began his career in software engineering, holding positions such as Pageflex Services Lead Engineer / R&D Engineer at Bitstream, Software Engineer / Software Engineer II / Sr. Technical Application Architect at Banta, Software Engineer at MTV Networks, and Web Engineer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
