Stephen Poulakos is a seasoned place-maker and landscape architect who specializes in creating unforgettable places that foster community and withstand the test of time. He studied landscape architecture at Auburn University, and his career has been guided by the Congress for New Urbanism's founding principles. With a passion for creating beautifully designed places that promote human connection and growth, Poulakos has worked as Director of Town Planning and Town Urbanist at Seabrook Land Company, Development Coordinator and Landscape Designer at Draper Lake Coastal Village and Leucadia Financial, and Assistant Design-Development Director and Landscape Designer at Rosemary Beach Land Company and Leucadia Financial. He also worked as a Design Associate at Land Plus Associates, Ltd. Poulakos dedicates his work to the art of place-making, crafting spaces that stimulate and inspire people to build better communities and a more sustainable future.
