Karel Luketic is a business administration graduate from FGV, with an extensive career in the financial market. Luketic spent ten years in equity research at BofA Merrill Lynch before joining XP Inc. to help democratize access to finance through innovative strategies. At XP, Luketic became a partner and head of equity research before taking on the challenge of leading marketing and digital content efforts. Luketic is passionate about helping Brazilians make more informed investment decisions and break free from the limitations of conventional banking. He studied exponential thinking at Singularity University and exchange program business administration and management at Università Bocconi.
