Charlotte Poynton is a Certified Communications and Change Leader with over five years of cross-departmental experience. She is a skilled communicator in both marketing and internal strategy communications. Charlotte has extensive internal experience in enterprise transformation, mergers & acquisitions, organizational restructures/design, redundancy programs, leadership transitions, and events management. She also has experience in people and budget management as she has managed a budget exceeding £1.25M. Charlotte is well-versed in fast-moving and high-pressure environments and is a qualified project and program manager with experience in Agile methodologies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (2:1) from the University of Durham. Charlotte is the Owner and Director of Change, Projects & Communications Consultant at Proto Consulting.
