- Implemented projects to automate reporting processes through Conga Composer in Salesforce, which streamlined staff working process and saved staff time- Created IT support reports and dashboards on Salesforce which integrated internal and external management information across 3 offices nationally- Supported 15 users in resolving Windows XP and 7 Desktop and application-related problems, including login and connectivity errors, as well as basic application and support package errors- Diagnosed desktops and laptops and delivered prompt solutions to technical issues, such as checking access permissions to remote shared drive and internet connectivity, improving user productivity- Documented IT configuration procedures for Conga Composer, including set-up, operation, and functions, etc.- Analyzed shared data and internal sites inventory across all the offices to categorized the entire system and migrate the data to a new shared drive- Made recommendations regarding changes or enhancements to the system and operational processes
