Natalie Grimaldi is an environmental health and safety professional with experience in the public and private sector. After graduating from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and Occupational Safety, she started her career as a sanitation officer and EHS trainer for Norwegian Cruise Line America, ensuring the health and safety of crew and passengers. She later worked in sales, helping EHS leaders and small business owners improve their environmental and sales performance. As a member of a mission-driven team, she is now advancing sustainability in the public and private sector. In addition to her professional work, she is a Climate Reality Leader and has worked as a field production assistant for National Geographic.
