Tony Conrad is a seasoned software professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has a strong focus on web and mobile user experiences, as well as accessibility, and has recently transitioned to creating accessible entertainment experiences for people with disabilities. Tony is currently the Lead Video Accessibility Engineer at Spectrum, where he is responsible for ensuring the accessibility of their 10-Foot video experience. He works with teams that produce the Roku, Samsung, Fire, Apple, and Android apps for OTT devices, constantly improving accessibility features by considering 10-foot design patterns, Text-to-Speech implementations, interactive commands, and other accessibility-focused integrations. In addition to his professional work, Tony is UX certified by NN/g - Nielsen Norman Group, the industry standard for UX certification. Tony's education background includes studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado Christian University, and the US Air Force Academy.
