Claudia Ndege is an accomplished Principal at BCG in Copenhagen, where she spearheads the public sector division with a focus on digitization and bold citizen-driven initiatives. She brings extensive experience in tech, software and entrepreneurship from her time as Nordics General Manager at Citymapper. Claudia is an active member of the Danish Confederation of Business' Diversity Board and TEDWomen, where she participates in the gender diversity debate.
