Chi Ta is a driven biomedical and mechanical engineer with a passion for developing low-cost and efficient medical devices for third-world countries. Growing up in Vietnam and witnessing a deprived health system, Chi is dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives. He graduated with distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Biomechanics and Biomaterials. Chi's engineering experience includes clinical research, computer-aided design, computer-controlled machining, rapid prototyping, and product testing. Formerly a Peer Learning Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Chi has also interned at Little Sparrows Technologies and worked as a Lab Assistant at Tissue Mechanics Lab.
